Well, what a frugal month! My writing brain has been a little like Mother Hubbard's cupboard...

I did manage to produce 700 words in response to Visual Verse's photo prompt this month. It was a strange picture - something of a challenge, actually, but it's great to have that push to come up with something. I'm not sure if I'm allowed to reproduce the photograph here, but if you click on the link, you'll see it.

Three days to go, but my brain is tired.
