Radio

The word which inspired this poem was 'static'. I wrote it with a dementia sufferer in mind, but then I had the most special message from someone who had had a stroke at a fairly young age. He told me that he identified with these words and that I had completely understood the effects of this terrible affliction. I dedicate it to Paul.
