So many deaths from Covid. What must it be like to watch a loved one die? What wouldn't you do to keep them alive? Japanese legend has it that if a thousand paper cranes are made, a wish is granted. In this poem, we see how the grief-stricken woman continues folding, despite arthritic hands.
