#widdershins
Each hag hooked her gnarled index finger over the next until the ring was complete. They spun widdershins, eyes rolling, yapping like pups, their ragged hems melting into tendrils of smoke.
Then they got out their flasks and, hips creaking, flopped down for a cuppa.
#wish
The forest was where Lara went to wish. Her empty belly ached as she touched new shoots. Like blown leaves, small voices were clutched by the wind and dropped somewhere distant while her roots grew.
Maybe lots of wishes would join into one big one... so she kept coming.
